What is publicly confirmed
The Digital Disciple website states that conversations are encrypted and that user data is not sold. Users can request full or partial deletion of their account and associated data. The Delete Account page explains how to submit that request.

Generated responses are software output. They do not carry divine or pastoral authority. The app may cite relevant passages and represent differing readings. It is not a substitute for a pastor, spiritual director or faith community.
